Lovely facility, nice people. However, the office hours are very loose. Sometimes they’re there, and sometimes they’re not. My experience is that they are mostly not. I’ve tried to go into the office three times now during regular business hours and twice they had a sign on the door and it was locked. They are clearly under staffed and I find this to be very unprofessional. Same with phone calls during business hours. In my experience they are very difficult to reach. No dependability. Other than that, it’s a great facility, as long as you don’t need the office personnel. Very friendly and nice, but very undependable.

The girls are really good that people are perfect there they're great I appreciate them they're very helpful when you need help

Bonney Lake location and I was helped by Magda and hands down the best customer service I have had she was kind patient and went above and beyond highly recommend thisnplace she is a blessing
