I have been using the store it here in Bonney lake for many years now. I found their rates, location and layout fit my needs better than other facilities in the area. But more than all that I truly appreciate them for their communication, updates, can do attitude and overall focus on customer service. I can always count on a hot cup of coffee, and a warm welcome when I go to the office.
More specifically Erin has made our relationship with the company run so smoothly, always taking time to ensure we feel that our things are secure and safe from the weather and theft. During our time there we have experienced some difficult situations in our lives and Erin has always been kind, gracious and accommodating when I’ve needed to expand or reduce the amount of space needed. She truly cares and it shows.
We look forward to continuing to store our valued possessions at the Store It Here in Bonney lake.
